Ingredients

    Tuna Steaks:
    1/8 Cup Olive Oi
    1 Garlic Clove
    1/4 tsp Anchovie Paste
    1lb Tuna Steaks (1" Thick Cut into 8 Strips)

    White Bean Salad:
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 15oz can Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans)
    3/4 Cup Celery, Bias-Sliced
    3/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
    1/2 Cup Red Onion, Thinley Sliced
    1/3 Cup torn fresh parsley leaves
    1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
    3 tbsp capers
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Preheat Grill to High

Puree 1/8c olive oil, garlic, and anchovy paste in a mini food processor for the bagna cauda sauce.

Thread tuna onto skewers, and lightly brush with cauda, season with salt & pepper and grill until marks appear about 2 minutes per side. Set Aside.

For White Bean Salad:
Toss all incredients together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Makes about 4 cups.
