Ingredients

    1 lb split peas
    8 oz sweet potato, peeled and chopped (should be only 1)
    6 oz carrots, peeled and chopped (about 3 carrots)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup barley
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp basil
    2 tbsp dill weed
    8 cup water
    2 tbsp low sodium chicken bouillon

Directions

Make 6 to 8 servings

Place all in a crock pot, stir a couple of times, gently.

Cook low 6 to 8 hours.
