Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (chopped)
    English Peas 1 can (drained)
    Pickle Relish, 4 tbsp
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp,

    10 servings (1/2 cup each)

Directions

If using raw shrimp, boil to desired doneness, drain and pat very dry. If using salad shrimp, thaw and pat very dry. Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces, if using large shrimp. Chop boiled eggs, drain peas very well (no liquid). Put all ingredients into bowl and stir to blend. Salt and pepper to tast.

    This certainly looks easy! (did someone forget to put the recipe down. All I see is the nutritional info and "Add salt and Pepper to taste." - 6/16/09
