Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups soy milk
    4 cups veggie broth
    1 bunch kale, chopped
    1 block firm tofu
    2 medium red potato's, sliced thin
    3 cloved garlic chopped
    sea salt and pepper to taste
    (optional) 1 or 2 chicken sausages, cooked and chopped

Directions

Makes 8-12 servings

In stock pot mix all ingredients and bring to boil, let sit on medium heat for 30 to 60 minutes to let flavors combine.
