    1 T Dark chocolate peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
    1/4 cup Kashi 7 grain puff cereal (can substitute with rice krispies)
    1/2 cup instant oats
    1/4 cup brown rice syrup
    1 T grated coconut
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1 t sugar in the raw


Combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sugar in small saucepan. Heat until soft and well combined.

Combine oats, brown rice syrup, coconut, and cereal in a bowl. Add peanut butter mixture.

Spread onto wax paper and let set until mixture dries. Cut into squares.

Makes 4 squares.
