Ingredients

    turnips, 3 medium, skinned, quartered, sliced
    leeks, 0.25, sliced
    onion, 1/2 large, quartered & sliced
    bell pepper, 1 green & 1 yellow, sliced thin
    mushrooms, 16 oz, sliced
    basil, fresh, 10 leaves, chopped
    Pam olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Grill turnips until brown, cover with small amount of water & cook until almost soft. remove from pan, add remaining vegetables & grill until onions are caramalized. Mix with turnips and add chopped basil.
