Ingredients

    2 cups flour (made with the grains and beans listed above)
    2.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 TB olive oil
    1 cup milk

Directions

All grains and beans are ground in the mill. Then mix everything together and drop biscuits by spoon fulls onto a baking sheet. Cook at 450 for 10 - 12 min.
