Introduction

Ingredients

    8 Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    4 skinless chicken thighs halved
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup
    *Cajun Seasoning, 2 Tbsp.
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1-1/4 cup
    *Lawry's Lemon Pepper Seasoning, 1/2 tsp.
    *GARLIC SALT, 1/2 tsp
    *cooking oil canola , 3 cups

Directions

In a large bouwl, combine milk and 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning; add chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
In large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, lemon pepper, garlic salt and remaining Cajun seasoning.
Drain chicken and set aside milk mixture.
Place chicken in flour mixture and shake to coat.
In skillet, heat 1/4inch. of oil; fry chicken for 7-8 minutes.
This is where I change the ending cooking in 350 degree oven cook for another 45 minutes with some of the milk mixture over it and covered with aluminum foil.. Makes it moist and very good. Divide into 10 equal servings.
