In a graham cracker crust, it's a great, no bake, dessert, but it can also be used as a fruit dip using only two tubs of cream cheese. Ingredients

    I - 8oz container of LITE Cool Whip Topping
    3 - 8oz containers of Kraft Philadelphia Fat Free Strawberry (or any fruit flavored) cream cheese
    1 cup sliced or halved strawberries (or again, your choice of fruit)
    2 packages crushed, reduced fat, graham crackers or 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    6 Tbl melted, butter (unsalted if you like)
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix together the melted butter, graham crackers and powdered sugar, press into a 9 in pie pan ( I use a springform pan). Set in fridge.

Mix together the cool whip and cream cheese until blended. You can either add the fruit to the cheese mix or use to garnish..

Spread the cheese mixture onto the crust, garnish as you wish and chill for 30 min to an hour.
