Introduction

Low fat, high in taste. Can substitute quinoa or polenta for the wheat bread crumbs. The regular version of this recipe uses olive oil to wet the ingredients. Ingredients

    All of above, plus:
    dried parsley flakes, dried oregano flakes, onion powder, black pepper, dried basil flakes.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except fish. Mix well. Divide raw fish in to 3 or 4 servings. Spoon even amounts of stuffing on top of each filet. Pack down. Place fish in 400 degree oven for approx 20 minutes on bake. Top will get nice and browned. Serve with oven baked carrots and steamed broccoli. Serve with lemon wedges and/or tarter sauce.
