Ingredients

Zucchini Sticks:
3 Tbsp bread crumbs
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
dash alt, and pepper
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 med. zucchini
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Marinara:
3/4 cup tomato paste
3 fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
Directions
Zucchini Sticks:
Pre heat oven to 475 degrees, combine bread crumbs herbs and spices in a seperate bowl. Cut up zucchini length wise into 8 peices total. Pour Oilve oil in seprate bowl. Dip each spear into olive oil and then into bread crmb mixture. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil. Cook in oven for 10 mins.
Marinara Sauce:
add 3/4 cup tomato paste, chopped up garlic and cut up basil into food processor. Blend tell smooth.
Pour in dish and serve with Zucchini.
