An old fashioned treat. Tender, moist, flavorful and low cal .
I like to serve with a scoop of Dreyers slow churn 1/2 fat vanilla bean ice cream.

Ingredients

    Milk, 1%, 2/3 cup
    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Wilderness No Sugar Added Cherries, 40 oz (2 cans)
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    Sour Cream, fat free, 1/2 cup
    1 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract

Directions

Grease 9" square baking dish. Heat oven to 350.
Combine milk, sugar, bisquick, sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into bottom of pan. Top with canned cherries.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 9
