Ingredients

    Filling:
    9 med apples, pared and sliced
    ¼ c brown sugar
    1 t cinnamon

    Topping:
    1 c flour
    1 c quick oatmeal
    ½ c brown sugar
    ½ t salt
    1 t vanilla
    ¼ c butter
    ¼ c peanut butter
    3 oz peanuts

Directions

Combine filling ingredients and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients with a pastry blender or hands and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
