Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts (Give or take)
    4 cups Salsa
    1 can Yellow sweet corn drained
    1 can black beans
    6 servings of rice already prepared

Directions

Chunk the chicken and cook in a large pan

Add the salsa, corn, and the beans, cook till it is all hot and serve over rice.

You cant mess this up.

    Yummy that sounds good, my 3 year old wont eat any thing unless it is wrapped in a tortilla shell. Then I leave out the rice. I didn't think to a cheese and sour cream, you would think that would be a given. Thanks.
