Ingredients

    1 green pepper, chopped

    1 yellow pepper, chopped

    1 red pepper, chopped

    1 large ripe tomato, chopped

    ½ Vidalia onion, chopped

    1 can corn, drained

    1 can black beans, drained

    ½ bottle sun dried tomato salad dressing (any brand)

    ½ bottle balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (any brand)




Directions

makes approx 24 servings, this is a large recipe
(note that it is more liquidy than jarred salsa)

Mix all ingredients together, chill for at least 6 hours before serving, overnight is best.
