Ingredients

    9 Lasagna noodles
    Sauce:
    1 Jar of Classico Alfredo Sauce
    1 lg container of Cottage Cheese
    1 lb. of Lean Ground Beef

    Mozzarella Cheese 1 lb. bag

Directions

Boil Lasagna noodles for 10 minues, then drain and place in bowl of cool water.
Brown ground beef in pan until longer pink
Pour Alfredo, Cottage Cheese, and browned ground beef into mixing bowl, and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste
Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam
Spoon small amount of sauce into bottom of 13 x 9 pan spread out and put first 3 noodles across sauce
Spoon more sauce onto noodlesl, spread out, and then sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese.
Put on the next 3 noodles and repeat layering process until pan is filled.
Finish with mozzarella cheese and crack pepper across the top
Cook in oven at 425 degrees for 40 minutes in 13 x 9 pan until cheese is bubbling.
Let stand for a few minutes to firm up and then cut into 12 servings.
