    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 egg white
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 cups corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk buttermilk and egg white together. Add pressed garlic. Coarsely crush corn flakes in sealed plastic bag. Combine corn flakes crumbs, cornmeal, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture then into corn flake mixture, coating evenly. Place on cooking surface.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear when pieced with a fork.
