Ingredients

    .5 cup romaine lettuce, finely diced
    1.5 TB capers
    5 cherry tomatoes, finely diced
    1/3 large cucumber, peeled & diced
    3 oz. already cooked shrimp, finely diced
    1 TB cilantro, finely diced
    1 TB Dean Fearing's Red Jalapeno dressing

Directions

Dice all ingredients and combine. Add dressing and stir. Put in a pita and enjoy. (Can also be enjoyed by itself or on a tortilla.)
