Ingredients

    *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 4 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
    Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long)
    *Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette w/Parmesan salad dressing, 3 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, hard, 1 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Black Olives, 5 jumbo
    Black pepper to taste
    Salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

Spray roasting pan with non-stick spray. Roast all veggies @ 400 for 20 minutes, except for tomatoes, scallions, and olives. Allow to cool.

Cook pasta according to package directions, and allow to cool.

Add roasted and fresh veggies and salad dressing to pasta, toss to combine, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

This is best when left to refrigerate overnight.
