Introduction

This pizza is for those of us that love pizza, but not the guilt that comes with it... This pizza is for those of us that love pizza, but not the guilt that comes with it...
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1-8" low fat soft tortilla
    1/2 Chicken breast, baked and cut up into bite-sized pieces. (this can be pre made and frozen until use)
    2 Tbsp pizza sauce
    2 lg fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp sliced black olives
    1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzerella cheese
    1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp pizza seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

1. Chop chicken and prepare veggies as described in ingredient list.
2. Spread pizza sauce on tortilla to edge
3. Layer on chicken and veggies.
4. Spread mozzerella, cheddar and parmesan cheese over top.
5. Shake pizza seasoning over pizza.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes and slice into 4 pieces.

Makes 1 serving if hungry or 2 servings if just feeling a little snacky!


You can reduce calories by using all fat free ingredients as I do. (by as much as 150 calories)
