Quick,easy and yummy... Quick,easy and yummy...

Ingredients

    1 fish fillet
    1 lemon juice and half zest
    1 tsp dill
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat Broiler, put aluminum foil on a baking sheet (for easy clean up) Season fish with salt and pepper, lemon juice and thalf the lemon zest, parsley and dill, drizzel with olive oil and broil for 10-13 minutes on each side or until easily flakes with a fork!
