Introduction

Bake whole skinless chicken breasts until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Cool then chop coarsely. Finely chop celery. Slice grapes in half. Toast walnuts for about 6 minutes at 375 degrees, Cool the nuts. Combine all ingredients with the mayo and mustard. Add salt to taste.     Incredible!
    This recipe is amazing! I've never had Chicken Salad, and I absolutely LOVE it! I wasn't sure about the sweet pickle relish, so I only used 1/4 cup. I also only had 1 chicken breast thawed, so I used just 1 and shredded it. YUMMY!!!!! - 4/29/11
