    * 1 1/2 tbsp. (about 21 grams) all-natural (no salt, no sugar!) Almond Butter
    * 1 tsp. (about 10 grams) Honey, natural


1. Mix the almond butter and honey in a little dip bowl / dish.
2. Microwave for 10 seconds.
3. Serve as a dip for apple slices (NOT included in tracker!).
