Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can light red kidney beans, drained
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

add all ingredients to crock pot
season with 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 tsp cumin or red pepper and chili powder
cook on low for 6 hours
