    1 bell pepper
    10 olives
    4 oz whole wheat egg noodles
    1/3 cup fat free italian dressing

Directions

dice pepper and cucumber. cook noodles according to package. halve the olives. put all ingredients into a bowl and toss. Refrigerate and serve
