Ingredients

1 lb crabmeat - shredded
1 1/2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
salt & pepper to tast
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 1/2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
1 dash hot pepper sauce
pinch Old Bay seasoning
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into patties and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare in not skillet with olive oil, 4 minutes each side.
Yield: 4 cakes
