Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Bisquick Heartsmart Mix
    1 eg, beaten
    1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
    4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
    Olive oil baking spray

Directions

Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and rosemary. Coat pork chops in Bisquick, dip in egg then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place pork chops on a baking sheet sprayed with olive oil baking spray , spray top of each chop lightly with spray. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or unitl thermometer reads 160.
