Tuna over biscuits or toast Tuna over biscuits or toast

Ingredients

    3 T. Margarine
    3 T. White Flour
    1/4 c. onion, finely diced
    7.2 ounce pouch Albacore Tuna in water
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1 1/4 c. 2% milk

Directions

melt margarine and add onion and cook until tender.
Add flour. Mix well.
Add milk all at once
stir until boiling and thickened.
Add tuna, sour cream.
Cook until heated through.
Serve over biscuits or toast.
