Ingredients

1 cup of self-rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 t. baking powder)
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup Splenda sweetener
1 cup 2% milk
8 medium peaches, sliced (peel if desired)
1 cup blackberries
1 T. cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Makes 8 3/4 c. servings
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in microwave using 1 qt. casserole dish or 8x8x8 baking dish. Mix together flour, Splenda, milk and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to melted butter and mix well. Spoon peaches and blackberries into batter (do not mix). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until top is browned and bubbly.
