Ingredients

    8.04 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1 C. Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1-15 oz. Great Value Part Skim Ricotta Cheese (1 serving=1/4 C.)
    1 can hunts simply 100% natural pasta sauce (serving is 1/2 cup)
    9 strips Barilla Whole Grain Lasagna
    2 C. Great Value Mozzarella Cheese
    1 1/2# Great Value 93/7 Ground Beef

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground sirloin until done. Drain if needed. Stir spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce into beef. In a cooking oil sprayed 9 by 13 inch baking pan place a small amount of meat sauce. Place three strips of uncooked lasagna lengthwise. Spread with 1/3 of meat sauce, then 1/3 of ricotta cheese, then 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering process 2 more times. Sprinkle parmesan cheese across the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking an additional 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 12 servings.

    Incredible!
    This is pretty much the same recipe that I have in a quick & healthy cookbook that I misplaced. This works great and tastes great. One change I make though is that instead of using ricotta I use cottage cheese mixed with 1 to 2 eggs (depending on how much cottage cheese) and Parmesan cheese. - 10/26/12
