    Very Good
Uncooked brown rice will never cook in 20 minutes. The recipe should specify something like Uncle Ben's or Minute Rice instead of uncooked rice. I've made this recipe with Minute Rice brown rice and it's very tasty. - 5/17/15

    Very Good
This was very tasty, I didn't haveany chicken broth so I used beef and I found that I had to thicken the sauce a little. I served it over rice instead of putting the rice in the slow cooker- also added red and yellow peppers for colour. I'll make this again simple and delicious.. - 10/25/09
