Ingredients

    3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 cups Wheat bran
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 large Egg
    1 cup Sucralose (like Splenda)
    1.5 cup shredded Zucchini
    3/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Mix ingreadients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
