Ingredients

1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim/low moisture)
1/4 c Sun Dried Tomatoes in olive oil
1 tbs chopped fresh basil
3 chopped fresh garlic cloves
1 med egg
1 slice white bread
Directions
Makes 4 3 inch pieces
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Moisten bread with water, wring out excess water. Add to large bowl. Add egg, ground turkey, tomatoes, garlic, basil and mix.
Fold in mozzarella cheese, then mold meat mixture into a loaf on a baking pan.
Cook about 35-45 minutes.
