Ingredients



    * Egg, fresh, 6 large
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    * Turkey - Turkey Sausage, Fresh, Cooked, 16 oz
    * Bread, 2 slices
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * Red Potato, 3 medium, sliced
    *Salt & Pepper

Directions

Slice red potatoes and steam or microwave 3-5 minutes or until tender. Cook turkey sausage until done. Spray 8x11 pan with cooking spray, cube bread and put in bottom of pan, sprinkle sausage over the top and then layer potatoes on top, sprinkle with cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes in pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 9 hearty servings
