Ingredients

    1 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing crumbs (16 oz.)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
    3 1/2 - 4 cups chicken broth
    1 egg
    sage, thyme, salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter, stir into stuffing, egg, and crumbs with spices to taste. Stir in broth until very moist, but not soupy. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
