Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 scoop soy protein
    2 TBS Benefiber (or brand of choice)
    1 C. ground sausage
    1/2 C. fat free milk
    1 C. spinach (or veggie of chioce)
    1/4 C. shredded cheese

    I added onions and mushrooms

Directions

mix all ingrediants and microwave for 3 minutes...stir, sprinkle with shredded cheese and microwave for 2 more minutes or until egge are done and cheese is melted
