Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
    3 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
    1 Cup Sesame Seeds
    1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
    1 Cup Butter
    1-1/3 Cup Honey

Directions

Combine the dry ingredients. Bring butter and honey to a boil. Mix. Press into a greased 11 x 16 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
