Introduction

You can substitute the milk, splenda and vanilla for lowfat sugar free vanilla flavored soymilk. I didn't have any on hand and I substituted.
You could also use a different flavoring than vanilla to mix it up a bit!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk
    3 oz Firm Silken Tofu
    2 tsp Splenda
    1/4 cup dry roasted almonds
    1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1/4 tsp Vanilla

Directions

Put ingredients in the blender and blend until frothy!

Makes 1 delicious shake!
