Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb boneless pork roast, trimmed of visible fat
    1/8 tsp salt
    2/3 cup cider vinegar
    3/4 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Season roast with salt and place in 2-qt slow cooker. Cut to fit if needed. Pour 2/3 cup cider vinegar into slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Remove roast from slow cooker and shred with fork. Pour cooking liquid out and return shredded pork to slow cooker. Stir in barbecue sauce. Cook for 30 more minutes or until heated throughout.

Serve with slaw, with or without buns.
