    6 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
    broccoli, fresh, 1 head
    lemon, 1/2
    Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup,1 C, low fat or fat free ( low fat used for caluclations)
    Mayonaise,1 C, low fat or fat free ( fat free used for calculations
    Bread crumbs, 1/2 C
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 C, low fat or fat free,


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes. While chicken is baking, mix mayonaise and cream of chicken soup together in small bowl. Add the juice of 1/2 of a lemon. Set aside.
Cut up 1 bunch of broccoli and steam until just before tender/crisp. You want it to be a little bit under done.
Remove chicken from oven and dice into bite size portions. Layer steamed cut up broccoli into 18x9 inch casserole pan. Spread cut up chicken on top of broccoli and spread sauce evenly on top of chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of sauce and then sprinkle bread crumbs over all.
Bake for apx 30 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
