    1 egg
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Cottage cheese, 2%
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    3 c. Multigrain Flake cereal
    1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded.


1. In a bowl, beat egg & egg whites until frothy.
2. Add cottage cheese, butter, and onion sou mix, one at a time, beating well after each.
3. Add cheese and beat.
4. Add cereal and mix thoroughly
5. Spread in 8"x8" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let stand for 10 min before cutting.
