Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Crushed tomatoes, 13 serving (remove)
    *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Parsley, 1 cup (remove)
    chicken bouillon, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Chop all the veggies in the food processor, cook them with oil for 5 minutes, add chicken broth, add crushes tomatoes, add water, add diced tomatoes, let it boil for a minute, add rice, let it boil for 15 minutes, turn stove off, add parsley. enjoy!
use a 4 quart pot, makes 16 1 -cup servings
