Ingredients

    4 c. cooked chicken, broken into bite-size peices
    4 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. Miracle Whip Light
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 T. grated onion
    4 T. lemon juice
    2c. crushed potato chips

Directions

Mix Miracle Whip, cream of chicken soup, grated onion and lemon juice. Set aside. Combine chicken, celery, green pepper. Mix Miracle Whip mixture and chicken mixture together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with chese and cover with foil. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 10 minutes longer or until bubbly. Makes 15 servings
