Introduction

This is a great salad for on the go. You can make it in the morning and have it for lunch or make it for a take with you dinner. (Phase 1 protocol compliant if you don't have trouble mixing vegetables. Be sure and add your fruit choice. This is a great salad for on the go. Ingredients

    1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
    1 tomoto diced
    1/4 cup of green onions sliced
    1 tsp lemon pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp lemon juice
    4 oz raw meat - cooked any style and cubed into bite size pieces

Directions

Add ingredients into bowl and stir. It is much better with olive oil but it will do without it.
