Ingredients

1 10" flour tortilla
2 breaded chicken tenders (flash frozen -bake in oven!!) (this is 1 serving)
1/4 c. mexican shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. fat free ranch dressing
1/4 c. shredded romaine lettuce
Directions
Bake the chicken tenders in the oven according to package direction. (usually 350*F for about 20 minutes). In the meantime, shred the lettuce and prepare the tortilla.
Place 1 flour tortilla on a plate. Spread 1 Tbsp. fat free ranch dressing on the tortilla. Sprinkle the lettuce on the tortilla. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the lettuce. When the chicken tenders are done, place the chicken tenders on top.
To fold the wrap. Fold like a burrito. Fold the button up. Fold one side tight and then follow thru with rolling until it's tightly wrapped.
Makes 1 Serving. You can adjust these amounts to your needs for you and your family. Kids love 'em!
