This is a Delicious low fat smoothie. This is a Delicious low fat smoothie.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen berry blend
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup skim milk
    Ice
    10 splenda packets - sweeter taste

Directions

thaw out any frozen fruit used. Add all ingredients in the blender, except for splenda. mix untill smoth. Then add the splenda, mix and serve.
