Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil
2-3 chicken breasts
1 each green, red, & yellow pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
pinch red pepper flakes
3 tbsp basil (1/4 c. fresh)
salt & pepper to taste
1 28 oz can plum tomato
fettucinni or other pasta
Directions
Heat oil and add onion , garlic and red pepper flakes.
cook 5-8 min.
Add chicken (bite size pieces) and brown on all sides.
Add peppers and cook for 5 min.
Add tomatoes,salt, pepper& basil
Bring to a boil and then simmer 5-8 min.
Serve over cooked pasta.
