Introduction

Ingredients

1 Cup Stonyfield Organic lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Fresh Sliced Strawberries
1/2 Cup Kashi Organic Promise Cinnamon Harvest Cereal Squares
Parfait Glass Or Cereal Bowl
Directions
Layer yogurt and strawberries (or other fruit or fruits of your choice) in the parfait glass. Sprinkle crumbled Kashi squares on top (or layer them crushed or whole where you please). There are so many different combinations!!
If you don't have a parfait glass, just put the yogurt in a bowl and add the fruit and crumbled Kashi squares. Or, just use the yogurt as a dip and have fun dipping the squares and fruit!! This is truly one of my favorites for in the morning. It also makes a great snack or dessert!
