    1 egg
    2 tbsp. onion
    1/4 cup ww bread crumbs
    6 chopped sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup diced feta
    2 oz skim milk

Directions

Mix lightly, Form into a loaf, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
