Ingredients

    2 poached chicken breasts, shredded
    2 packages reduced fat Mexican blend cheese (Kraft 2%)
    20 corn tortillas
    Large can enchilada sauce
    1 onion, chopped

Directions

Start with torillas and build up by layering! Bake for 30 minutes at 350

Makes 12 servings (in normal 9 x 13 pyrex)
